These modern and practical apartments are situated in the centre of the city, next to the Aljaferia Palace and 1 km from the Expo 2008 site. The apartments have either one or 2 bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 7 people. They are the perfect option whether you are booking a stay with the family or a group of friends. The apartments are well-equipped and offer a wealth of shops and services nearby. From here you can easily get to many interesting places on foot such as Plaza del Pilar and the Old Town in only 15 minutes.

Bed linen, towels and basic kitchenware are all included. The flat is only cleaned once before your arrival. Between 15/06/08 to 15/09/08, there is a minimum required stay of 3 days.
50% of the total cost must be paid upon entering the apartments, along with a deposit of EUR 100. The deposit will be returned by bank transfer 48 hours following your departure, provided the apartments are in the same condition as upon your arrival.

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. All children are welcome. Baby cots are not available. There is no capacity for cots in the room.
